Hypothesis: The spikiest your hair is in this comic, the higher the chances you will survive.
Now I need a good enough sample but it is almost there ;)

Anyway!
Have to be honest about something: Amp is really the guy who currently leads this story. For real. I wish we could see him fight Trellian but ya, everything in time. Maybe, maybe not.
It is hard to go through every character here but I think he has the highest stakes in this right now.
As soon as he grows up a bit mentally and gets rid of his hot blooded thinking, he might be a pretty good leader for the elemental users. Hm.

Props!

Heh, again, Amp resembles a typical protagonist more so than my actual protagonists.
I didn't intend for that to happen but that's just how things developed.

I'm not sure that Amp is leader material, but he could be a good right-hand man
for someone like his sister, who is level-headed but not really a fighter.

Probably not a leader in the usual sense but I can see him as someone who can rally everyone against Trellian. Desperate times call for such a leader.

"Here Amp, you can carry the remains! Have fun!"

Heh. Nah, he volunteered to carry the urn.

Volt's "What...?" reaction is a bit crushing, not going to lie. Damn. But I do like that even you having these magic humans (so to speak) still are vulnerable. I think we do not get to see that often.

Oh yes, one of the worst part about deaths is anticipating how their loved ones will react.

And thanks; genuine human emotion is what I enjoy most in stories, so if I've
succesfully managed to convey some of that - great! (even if it is a sad moment)
